With over 9 years in our practice, Kitty provides unrivaled reception support to our patients. Her dedication and professionalism allows patients to feel comfortable whether it is on their arrival for a consultation or if preparing for Surgery.

Personal Assistant
With over 10 years in our practice Heather brings a wealth of experience and professionalism. Her warm, compassionate nature and good humour welcomes patients and provides all the necessary support for their visit to our practice.
PAULA ANDERSON
Ophthalmic Technician
Paula brings considerable technical and IT expertise to our practice. With advanced certificates in commercial photography, an accredited diabetic screening grader and retinal imaging specialist she is essential to the smooth running of our day to day operations. Her role involves Vision testing, Visual field testing, imaging with Optical Coherence Tomography and Clinical Photography.
SUSAN PACKER
Ophthalmic Nurse
Susan has over 9 years of experience as an Ophthalmic Nurse. She divides her time between ophthalmology and primary care. Her background has been in both clinical and management roles. Our patients also benefit from further qualifications in Diabetes Management. She remains passionate about nursing and is dedicated to both delivering a high standard of care and communicating health issues clearly and respectfully.
